Harvest was founded on the mission to be the change in consulting and coaching the nonprofit industry needed. Acknowledging that the industry is under-resourced, under-served, and without knowledgeable and visionary guidance led us to gather all the great nonprofit people with mad business skills, innovative proven ideas, a passion to serve, and set out to grow the impact and influence nonprofits have in our community. And these remain the three things that drive Harvest today: Expertise, Innovation, and Passion.

We know what it feels like to be stressed, without resources, without answers, or a plan. We understand how challenging it can be to have a lot of priorities and not enough knowledge or expertise.

We know what it is like to struggle in being able to meet all of the needs of your nonprofit. Problems arise, some of which you may feel ill-equipped to manage. Perhaps you don’t have the staffing or funding, or perhaps you simply lack the time. Your confidence and the performance of those around you may begin to suffer as you try to figure out a path toward solutions.

It is at this point that you’ve likely wondered, “Is there anyone that can help?”

We have been where you are now. The board wants results, the donors want your time and attention, and your constituents want to be served. Doing Good should not be this hard!

With more than 100 combined years of nonprofit leadership on our team, we have learned from experience. As Harvest experts, we have led hundreds of nonprofit professionals and their staff, boards, and volunteers – just like yours – in clearly defining the problems, listing out the solutions, and developing winning strategies that lead to fulfilling their purpose.
